Jennifer began her journey with yoga in 2016 after searching for a new way to manage her stress and the mental, physical, and emotional imbalances she was experiencing. Jennifer immediately noticed the benefits and positive changes yoga was bringing into her life as well as the way she started relating to herself, others and the world. She began to experience herself and life in a whole new way, which led her to completing her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2019 through Om Ananda Yoga in Colorado. Since then, Jennifer has devoted herself to the practice and study of yoga with the desire to share it with others. She believes yoga is an on-going journey of self-discovery unique to the individual and it begins by connecting within. Jennifer emphasizes breath to body movement in her classes and encourages her students to connect with themselves on a deeper level using intention and awareness. She aims to hold a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for all to come and explore the benefits of yoga. Jennifer hopes to empower her students to cultivate inner strength, love, and joy while they discover what balance means to them, both on and off their mat. When Jennifer isn’t teaching, she spends her time reading, running, connecting with nature, serving others, and going on adventures with her husband and dogs.
